Introduction:- Ahhh yes, the stag Mecca. You've heard the stories, you've seen the photos and now the time has come, step up staggers it's your turn to paint the town red on a monster stag weekend in Phuket.
Now then ... Phuket is ideal for a large
weekend, tremendous value, very hospitable and well practiced in serving
hungry stags. The days will offer their own entertainment and you can
undertake a number of terrific activities, see below. But at a guess we
imagine you're thinking about nocturnal action just a little bit more, and
right you should. This great city is littered with a wealth of bars,
karaoke, night clubs and after hours entertainment that will keep you
interested for long after you are on the plane home. There's too much to
write here, suffice to say we've picked quite a bit we hope you'll be
interested in. One word you will likely become aquatinted with is "Sanuk" (fun) Thai's love sanuk and will show you how, given the chance. A smile is your only required ticket and the rewards are a great stag weekend.. Travel From Singapore:- Some stags believe Phuket exists for stag parties, even traveling to Phuket from Singapore is a doddle. For your weekend stag party you have a choice of departure times on Friday. Silk Air 1835hrs is the most popular choice, however for those "early birds who wish to catch the worm" there is a 1320 flight or even an 0855 if you just can't wait to arrive. Unless you have any special requests we will book your return flight at 2010 which gets you back to Singapore by 2255... a little late we know but hey we don't own the airline. An alternative flight back from Phuket for those family men stags will be the 1455 flight touching down at Changi at 1740. Activities:- Beaches and activities - Phuket has it all, party hard play hard is the theme for Phuket bound stags, with plenty of big boys toys on offer (Quads, Go Karting, Cable Water Skiing) you are sure to give the stag a great send off. Day Time Fun:- GO KARTING:-
The circuit is a figure of eight and covers a distance of 600 meters and the 16 go-karts range from 100cc to 230cc classes. 2 races of 12 mins each is all you need at the kart track and we guaranteed your arms will be shaking. SHOOTING:-
Most stags should have bullets in their gun during the stag weekend and what better place to fire them than the Phuket Shooting Gallery. There are a wide range of guns with live ammunition available to practice your skills, on offer are both rifles and hand guns. Another competitive little event, loser buys the beers !! Cheers.
BUNGY JUMPING:- Every nerve in your body screams ‘Don’t’ Your heart pounds, and adrenaline surges to your brain. Your hands clamp on the rail in a vice-hard grip, while the palms run sweaty. Looking down, you sense that you’re up in a helicopter. It's so HIGH. Your friends looks so TINY.... now stop being SOFT. Every new downwards plummet, and ensuing rocket skywards, send chills of excitement through the veins. As the motion slows you know you will brief a sign of relief, you are done, now its the other guys turn... go on don't be a chicken we hear you shout to your buddies. Unlike New Zealand where most bungy jumps take off from lofty bridges with rivers below, the bungy jump sites in Khatu uses an electric lift to take you to the height of 50 meters. CATAPULT BUNGY JUMPING:- A little concerned what the girl in doors may say if you tell him you are going bungy jumping, well here is a great alternative: Reverse bungy, or a catapult. This is the latest concept in aerial thrills. The jumper wears a body harness similar to that of para-sailing instead of having his ankle strapped. This reverse action taxes the nerves less, as you need not jump off a platform. Instead you will be fastened to the ground while the elastic cord is stretched and then you are catapulted from the ground to a height of 40 meters before you "yo-yo" on the elastic cord. ELEPHANT TREKKING:-
The wild elephant population of Phuket was almost wiped out during the last century, but has been replaced in recent years by an influx animals for the tourist trade. Believe us the world looks wonderful from the backs of these huge beasts, three metres up. The lumbering monsters are incredibly agile, so giddy up Trigger, no racing allowed here Im afraid. These trips are great fun and will only last for 30 mins, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the island. Taking an elephant ride also helps keep the beasts employed and fed, so do your bit for nature and select the elephant trek as one of your stag activities or even better combine the Elephant trek with White Water Rafting (see below).
WHITE WATER RAFTING AND ELEPHANT
TREKKING:- This one day adventure activity takes place in the lush Phang Nga province, and will provide the stag group with an action packed ride along mountain rivers fringed with forest. CANOEING:-
The strange and beautiful limestone scenery of Phang Nga has hundreds of tiny islands, many uninhabited, which contain hidden caves, tunnels and interior lagoons - known locally as "hongs." Many of these can only be entered via natural tunnels when the tide is just right, revealing a hidden and unique natural environment. This fascinating world of caves, tunnels and "hongs" can be explored safely and with minimum disturbance to the natural habitat, by canoe. Your licensed guides will take you through these mysterious caves, emerging suddenly into a mystical interior lagoon, open to the sky - a brilliant experience and something to consider if you will be in Phuket for more than just the weekend. Stags, can you tell the difference? is she more of a man than you ? - Could the groom-to-be tell the difference after 10 bottles of beer.....?
THAI BOXING SHOW:- Common blows include high kicks to the neck, elbow thrusts to the face and head, knee hooks to the ribs, and low crescent kicks to the calf. A contestant may even grasp an opponent’s head between his hands and pull it down to meet an upward knee thrust. Punching is considered the weakest of all blows and kicking merely a way to ‘soften up’ one’s opponent; most matches end with a knee or elbow strike. Sounds like fun right ? well imagine watching the boxing, drinking cheap beer and being served by pretty hostesses .... in Phuket this is what we have lined up for you. More Information on Phuket:- Phuket, Thailand, is commonly referred to as the ‘Pearl of South’ and is the largest island in Thailand. The favorite and most popular activity of all Stags, karting is easy,
it is fun and more importantly it is competitive... We know Stags like to
compete... so avoid the Muay Thai and compete on the track. 
After shooting around the
go kart track, why not see who is the "strongest" stag and head for the
shooting range.... your arms will be trembling now from the "go karting work
out" so lets see who is Steady Eddie and which stag can still fire bullets.
Wind up your stag
before the holiday, tell him you have planned for him a ride he will never
forget. Elephant Trekking you can't do it in Singapore !
This activity which
will last for 2hrs is highly recommended. Your adventure will include
full training how to drive the ATVs, a few practice lessons on the dirt
track before setting off along the lake and through the forest. Your will
drive past rubber plantations, tropical palms, exotic plants and deserted
beaches (the beach is a great place to push your machine to the limit and to
have some fun !!!)
